pb, I would love to know why you say some of these are fake. Don’t say “photoshopped”, because that’s the easy way out for any kind of nonsense…

Well, the cat and snail is a pretty bad cut job
and the giraffe and squirrel looks real until you consider that the squirrel’s ear would be completely covered and see that the shadow of the tongue is just a drop shadow (i.e. not how shadows work on 3D surfaces)

The very first picture is taxidermy. They are real animals but they are dead and stuffed. They are posed in a rather unnatural position. The bird’s wings are different lengths too, almost like the right wing (to the left of the viewer) is missing feathers.
